Dr. Kristen Moreland (Finlay) PT, DPT
Kristen earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Armstrong State University (now Georgia Southern) in 2013. She spent several years managing critical and medically complex patients at a level 1 trauma center before taking her skills to manage patients as part of a Home Health medical team. She has extensive experience in managing orthopedic surgeries including joint replacements, spinal surgeries, and fractures as well as with neurologic and chronic conditions such as Parkinson’s, CVA (stroke), dementia, spinal cord injuries, and cancer.
Dr. Michael Finlay PT, DPT, OCS
Mike earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Armstrong State University (now Georgia Southern) in 2015. He completed an Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency in Atlanta, GA in 2016 and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. His background centers around treating a variety of orthopaedic injuries as well as vestibular and concussion management. Mike has extensive experience and success in treating spinal dysfunction such as chronic neck/low back pain, disc herniation, and stenosis. He is an experienced manual therapist and is dry-needling certified.
